Gary McBeth - Sonny
	Gary is married, was born 28/11/62 in Hertfordshire and has lived there all his life. He left School at sixteen to carry out a plumbing and heating apprenticeship. Gary found clowning in 1994 and went to his first clown convention in Southport in 1995

Gordon Sharpe - Rainbow

Gordon Left School at sixteen to carry out a plumbing and heating apprenticeship where he qualified to advanced craft level. He started his own plumbing and heating business at twenty-one.

Gordon is married with three children and was born 27/01/67 in Cosford England. He lived in South Africa until he was about five years o1d, and has lived in the Hertfordshire area since. He found clowning in 1994, when he visited his first clown convention held by Clowns International in Southport. He realised at that time, he had a long way to go in the clowning world but he is now the Chairman of Clowns International !

The Team

Gary and Gordon met through the plumbing trade. When Gary got married in 1994 Gordon decided to turn up to the wedding reception as a clown and entertain, it was just a laugh at the time. For several months Gordon was learning to juggle and unicycle, Gary had no idea. The wedding came and went and thus Gordon went to his first Clown Convention. Having had such a great time and learnt so much, he came back telling Gary all about it.

Early in 1995 Gordon was to carry out a show at the local school and Gary went along as a helper. Whilst Gary was watching he felt the warmth and fun surrounding him, he was drawn like metal to a magnet. This was the start of Gary's career as Sonny. Over the next few years Sonny and Rainbow gained more and more experience and with this, their shows have become unique and inspiring.
